The following overview shows a selection of our proven product lines. Every system is individually engineered for your process conditions - from dimensions and filter area layout to materials and optional add-on components such as rotary valves or pulse cleaning.
Individual Engineering and Custom Solutions
The product portfolio shows only a part of our capabilities. For applications that do not fit into a standard category, we develop custom solutions - from volumetric flow rate calculation through component and material selection to integration with existing installations. Every system design starts with an analysis of your process conditions: which dusts, vapors or mists occur, in what quantities, under what temperature and humidity conditions, and what the spatial situation at the installation site looks like.
Typical special cases include the upgrade of older existing systems, hybrid filter combinations for complex dust mixtures, adaptation to special operating and environmental conditions, or retrofits when production processes change. Complete piping systems connecting individual parts of an installation are also part of our scope. We manufacture the components in our Karlsruhe production facility and test them before shipment. Installation is carried out by our own fitters at the customer site.
