WALTER GmbH creates e‑invoices in XRechnung format. Send us an informal email to the address below. If you use a central electronic invoice inbox, please let us know the corresponding email address.
For Suppliers
Would you like to send an e‑invoice to WALTER GmbH?
WALTER GmbH receives e‑invoices in XRechnung and ZUGFeRD formats. Send your e‑invoice directly by email to the address below. Invoices in other formats should continue to be sent in the usual way until you switch to e‑invoices.
Background
Since January 2025, companies in Germany must be able to receive and process electronic invoices. E‑invoices are structured XML formats such as XRechnung (the German standard for the public sector) and ZUGFeRD (a hybrid format for commercial use).
PDF files do not count as e‑invoices under the law.
